Shipping Disclosure

Domestic Shipping (USA):
We ship all orders from our studio in the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@wovencollection.store within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
